When will the next restock be?

Restock dates are always announced on my social media, especially on Instagram !

I recommend following me there to stay updated on new creations and find out in advance when they'll be available again!

I try to bring in at least one restock per month, when possible ✨

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

That depends on the type of creation:

Ready-to-ship jewels: usually shipped within 2–3 business days.

Custom jewels: processing times vary depending on the number of current requests — from about 1 week during calm periods to 3–4 weeks in busier times.

You’ll receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order is on its way ✨

Do you ship worldwide?

I ship to many countries, including outside Europe, but not everywhere yet.

How much are the shipping costs?

For Italy:

€7 for home delivery

€4.50 for delivery to a Poste pick-up point

Shipping is free for orders over €100 🌿

For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination:

€11 for most European countries

€12–14 for countries further away, such as the USA or Australia

Are the stones used in the jewelry real?

Yes, all the stones used in the creation of the jewels are natural stones!🌿✨

If in very rare cases artificial stones or dyes are present, they will be specified in the product description!
