PROCESSING TIMES:
Most of the items you can find on Jewenils.com are entirely handmade and can take from 2 to 7 business days, starting from the day after the order.
In any case I will always try my best to ship as soon as possible.
SHIPPING TO ITALY
For shipments you can choose between:- Post 1: at the price of €3 ( NOT tracked, recommended ONLY for small orders, less than €30) the package is left by the postman directly in the mailbox! (I have no responsibility in case of loss)
- Express Shipping: at the price of €7, it is fully tracked, takes 1 to 4 working days and two delivery attempts are expected.
- Open Box: €7, with the open box you pay shipping only on the first order and decide not to ship it immediately so you can accumulate more orders over time! Just indicate it in the notes of the first order, then just contact me via email or on Instagram to receive the code for free shipping to use for future orders! You choose when to close the box! Just write it in the notes of the last order! And all the orders placed will be shipped together!
Nb: This option is only valid with express shipping from €7! It will NOT be valid with post 1 - Shipping is free for all orders over €100
Jewenils assumes no responsibility for any delays or problems due to the courier.
SHIPPING TO UE 🇪🇺
Shipping to: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.. The shipment includes a tracking code that will be sent to you via email once the package has been shipped.. The delivery will be made in 6/7 working days approximately.. Jewenils has no responsibility for delays or damages caused by the shipping company that manages the delivery.

RETURN POLICIES:
If you are not satisfied after receiving the product, you are free to return the item up to 14 days after the delivery date of your order!
All personalized items, such as rings (made to measure) and/or any customization of the length of bracelets and necklaces, are excluded from the return.
- The products must be returned correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition for sale (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and free gifts.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- The refund will only be made if the returned goods are perfectly intact and have not received any damage during transport.
- The refund will include the actual cost of the item and not the shipping costs, and will be issued within 5 days of receiving the item.
To request a return, you must write an email specifying the order number and the product you wish to return to: Jewenils@gmail.com.
