💎 When will the next restock be?

Restock dates are always announced on my social media, especially on Instagram .

I recommend following me there to stay updated on new creations and find out in advance when they'll be available again!

I try to bring in at least one restock per month, when possible ✨

🌍 Do you ship worldwide?

I ship to many countries, including outside Europe, but not everywhere yet.

To check if I ship to your country, scroll to the bottom of the site and check the drop-down menu for a complete list of available countries.

📦 When will I receive my jewelry?

It depends on the type of creation:

Ready-to-ship jewelry: ships on average within 2–3 business days.
Custom jewelry: takes longer, depending on the requests I'm handling.
Typically, lead times vary from 1 week (during quiet periods) to 3–4 weeks (during high demand periods).

After shipping, delivery may take several days depending on the destination country.

I always do my best to ship as quickly as possible and will send you an email with the tracking code as soon as your package is on its way ✨

🌸 Can I request a commission order?

Yes! When commissions are open, you can message me on Instagram or WhatsApp with the model you'd like.

I'll show you the available stones and the strand palette so you can choose the perfect match together ✨
